- This position is responsible for the coordination and completion of major Digital Marketing initiatives within "Client " Government Programs Digital involving multi-functional areas with potentially significant financial and regulatory impacts.
- The Government Programs Digital team is responsible for creating and developing marketing, merchandising, and creative strategies, and tactics to promote and sell the organization's products and services through Digital Channels.
- The Project Manager will provide subject matter expertise in areas including project management, project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on project management techniques.
- The focus of digital initiatives will be on Medicare Advantage, Special Needs Plans, Medicare Supplement and the Prescription Drug Program.
- The Project Manager collaborates with a Product Team to establish, maintain and update the "Web experience " from the viewpoint of the customer.
- The Project Manager may manage vendor and service providers to define project scope and performance expectations.
- The successful candidate will ensure his/her assigned programs/projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.

- Manages project plans, dashboards and open issues/action items for "Client " Government Programs Digital Team for eCommerce initiatives in the Medicare business space
- Manages various meetings (e.g., kickoff meetings, requirements gathering meetings, weekly program status meetings, regular agency meetings, etc.)
- Documents and communicates Meeting Notes and Status Reports reflecting project status, project health, risks and remediation plans to stakeholders
- Ensures appropriate individuals from each business area are engaged across appropriate stakeholder audiences
- Collaborates with business leaders and project teams to identify, document, review, communicate and implement relevant business/operations change management procedures as needed to support evolving business needs
- Oversees various deliverables and timelines to ensure appropriate internal routing and approvals
- Attends product demo and scrum meetings as needed
- Manages ongoing changes and requests, and approves/denies
- Attends and assists in facilitating the daily project manager meeting call to review all project deliverables
- Takes charge of ad hoc projects assigned
- Manages project budgets and SOWs/invoices
- Works closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Product Analysts and Agile scrum teams to help eliminate blockers that might slow down or stop work
- Works in a heavily matrixed environment with stakeholders, customers and teammates

- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years Agency or marketing digital project experience preferred
- 3+ years of Experience in healthcare/insurance communications or marketing environment preferred
