Digital Project Manager

Description Our client is seeking a Digital Project Manager to join their team on a project basis . This role is is heavily focused on Asana, and candidates should be proficient within the software.Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the execution of digital projects, ensuring all pieces are pulled together effectively. Develop and implement strategic plans for the use of project management tools, particularly Asana. Guide teams on how to use Asana effectively. Understand the pros and cons of the tools used and guide the team on effectively utilizing them. Develop detailed workstreams for annual campaigns, understanding the full creative and marketing process. Manage and track work through Asana, ensuring it is used for intake requests, marketing planning, and building an integrated process. Guide the expansion of Asana use within the organization, planning for initial feature set and future growth. Address challenges and develop solutions, particularly around tool use and project management processes. Utilize skills in Content Management System (CMS), CRM, Database, Brand Awareness, Campaign Planning, Deliverable, and Digital. Use Asana for project management, ensuring its effective use for team collaboration and project tracking.Requirements A minimum of 10 years of experience in a Digital Project Management role, preferably within related Industry. Proficiency in using Content Management Systems (CMS) for managing digital content Solid understanding and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems Knowledge of database management and ability to effectively manage large amounts of data Proven experience in enhancing brand awareness through digital platforms Expertise in planning and executing digital campaigns Track record of delivering digital projects on-time and meeting objectives Familiarity with Asana project management tool and ability to effectively use it for managing projects Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate project goals, tasks, and progress effectively Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and foster a collaborative environment.Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
