Direct Support Professional

Description:

We’re seeking compassionate, reliable, and flexible Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with disabilities through our Individualized Community Services (ICS) program. In this role, you’ll empower clients to live independently by providing personalized support at home and in the community, based on their unique goals and needs.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living activities (personal care, meals, housekeeping)

Support community involvement, skill-building, and independence

Follow and document progress on individualized support plans

Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging environment

What We’re Looking For:

Strong commitment to person-centered care

Ability to adapt to changing needs and schedules

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Must be able to pass a Department of Human Services (DHS) background check

Experience is a plus, but we provide training!
