We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Director of DTC & Performance Marketing to build and scale our direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing engine from the ground up. This role is exclusively focused on DTC channels—not marketplaces like Amazon—and is ideal for a builder who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will architect strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across our owned digital ecosystem and engage in hands-on execution.The responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:Strategy development and DTC infrastructure build-outDefine the long-term vision for DTC growth and build the team and tools needed to achieve it.Build a comprehensive DTC and performance marketing strategy aligned with brand and business goals.Tactical execution of performance marketing campaignsLaunch and optimize campaigns across owned digital channels: email, SMS, paid search, paid social, affiliate, and social selling (e.g., TikTok Shop).Develop and implement customer journey frameworks to drive engagement and retention.Data analysis and optimizationEstablish a data-driven culture using automation, AI, and consumer insights to inform decisions.  Track key metrics and generate reports to guide strategic decisions.Create and manage marketing budgets and forecasts tied to measurable KPIs.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure digital strategies align with broader brand initiatives.Work closely with the brand and social teams to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated marketing effortsPerforms other duties and responsibilities as necessary
