Ready to join a team dedicated to making the ALDI Difference?In this role the Executive Assistant will work directly with the Division Vice President to organize and facilitate business meetings, critical data and reporting, executive recruiting, and travel for the executive team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Tableau, MS Office, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, & SharePoint. An educational/work background in office administration or personal/executive assistant type roles is preferred.Position Type: Full-TimeStarting Wage: $30.30 per hourWage Increases: Year 2 - $31.20 | Year 3 - $32.10Work Location: Faribault, MNThis role is eligible to participate in ALDI’s Hybrid Work Program, which allows remote work up to 2 days per week (i.e., work remotely up to 2 days per week; work in-office at least 3 days per week).Duties and Responsibilities:Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Provides administrative support in a timely, professional and ethical manner. Responds to all divisional media and legal inquiries appropriately in accordance with company guidelines. Communicates relevant information with peers and leadership allowing them to fulfill their duties. Works proactively to identify, investigate, and report irregularities within designated area of responsibility. Conducts training and cross training of knowledge and expertise within area of responsibility. Assists in preparing thorough, accurate meeting notes to provide historical reference for meetings by developing and utilizing well-organized filing and retrieval systems. Maintains employee data files, and ensures items are archived and disposed of per company guidelines. Maintains an efficient and well-organized filing system for the department. Communicates with internal and external contacts, attorneys, third party administrators, and government agencies as necessary. Collaborates with divisional employee and communicates relevant information to direct leader. Performs all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. Complies with ALDI privacy and security requirements and policies if job responsibilities include possible access to confidential and/or sensitive information. Displays expense and cost control in decision-making.Education and Experience: High School Diploma / GED required. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required. Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge. Associate’s Degree in Office Administration or related field preferred.Physical Requirements: Work may be performed in an office, remote office or a combination of both where a computer and office equipment may be used as needed to perform duties. Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another. Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.
