Do you like to clean?

We are looking for a self-motivated and efficient individual to keep 4 airbnb units cleaned and turned for guests in Downtown Duluth.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Maintaining cleaning equipment

-Keeping touch surfaces clean

-Taking out trash

-Refilling sundries

-Shampooing carpets

-Moping floors

-Vacuuming

-Detail cleanings such as light fixtures and ledges

Requirements:

-Flexible schedule

-Self-motivated

-Organized

-Must be able to lift 50lbs

-Have transportation

Payscale is dependent on experience.

You are working in an apartment building so you must be able to pass a background check.

The job is full-time and up to 6 days a week.
