- Business Analysis
- Work closely with business owners to fully understand their current state processes, demonstrated by documenting current processes.
- Perform detail analysis of different business activities that exist between facilities for the adoption of "best practices throughout the organization.
- Map future state processes following best business practices. Work with implementation partner to build and document the future state solution
- Use detailed knowledge of current state business process, assist data cleansing and harmonization within the data workstream
- Testing
- During build phase participate in configuration and customization with implementation partner and execute unit testing scripts.
- Collaborate with implementation partner to build and execute integration testing scenarios.
- With complete implementation team, build and validate end-to-end test script.
- Coach and support key users' execution of end-to-end test (user acceptance test).
- Training on new ERP system
- Learn new ERP system from familiarization training provided by implementation partner.
- Assist training of key users during testing phases; assist key users training of end users in the countdown to cutover.
- Support cutover by providing front line support of key users and end users.
- Setup additional training sessions for employees. Identify the personnel and modify the training session to the employee needs.
- Business analysis activities as defined on the project
- Level 2 support for the D365 environment for end users
- Perform and/or coordinate configuration and development work on future D365 initiatives
- 3-5 years experience as a mix of:
- Manufacturing, purchasing, or supply chain business role.
- ERP support or implementation (order to cash, procure to pay, or inventory control). Special consideration for experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Experience working with a user community on training and documentation
- Ability to travel 30% during implementation phase
- Hourly W2 pay rate $60.00 - $75.00
