Our Client is seeking a Dynamics 365 Technical Architect.
Must have:·- Hands-on in CRM Implementation.
- Hands on in minimum 4-6 3rd party integrations
- Hands on in minimum 1-2 upgrade projects
- Estimating CRM implementations for at least 4-5 projects
- Defining solution approach for minimum 3-5 projects CRM
- Problem Solving and troubleshooting technical issues
- Functional knowledge on CRM modules
- Demonstration skills to explain the technical approach to customers and team
- Code Review, code quality and best practice implementation skills for team
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge on Outlook integration, Email router configuration, CRM on-premises, administration skills in admin power platform
- Knowledge on Power platform – Powerapps, Power automate, PVA· Documentation skills to write TDD, UTD, and process documents.
- Must have knowledge on competitor technologies and products
- Experience in involving in all modules of CRM (Sales, Marketing, CE & FS) along with delivery.
- Extensive working knowledge and project execution using DevOps.
- Understanding of architectural patterns.
- Experience LogicApps and other Azure services· Technical certifications in CRM
