Engagement Coordinator

Description We are in search of an Engagement Coordinator to join our team in the non-profit industry based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As an Engagement Coordinator, you will be tasked with the responsibility of managing and reviewing necessary paperwork, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining effective communication with our partners. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities Manage all aspects of paperwork, including processing and reviewing, to ensure accuracy and completeness. Understand and apply regulatory policies in daily work, ensuring compliance at all times. Utilize software tools such as Yardi and Smartsheet for efficient execution of tasks. Maintain open communication with our key partners, the Minneapolis public school district, and the YMCA of the North. Oversee the intake process for eligibility, interacting with families and coordinating with the housing team. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook for data management and communication. Effectively communicate with partners and families, ensuring alignment and understanding of the steps involved. Adhere to established policies and procedures within our non-profit organization. Requirements Proficiency in using Yardi software for managing non-profit operations. Experience with Smartsheet for project management and task coordination. Demonstrated expertise in using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for email communication and scheduling. Exceptional skills in effective communication to liaise with all levels of stakeholders. Profound knowledge of regulatory policies relevant to non-profit organizations. Ability to create, implement, and maintain policies and procedures. Previous experience working within non-profit organizations is highly desirable.
