Engagement Management Analyst POSITION OVERVIEW Our Engagement Management Office (EMO) owns and orchestrates the Digital and Technology (D&T) portfolio planning process and management. This team is on a journey to build new capabilities to support our evolving processes, increase trust in the data, and develop indicators to help identify the health of our portfolio. This is a new role that will report to an Engagement Manager of the EMO Team that reports through the Transformation Management Office (TMO), and into Digital and Technology (D&T). This team works closely with D&T Leaders to facilitate the portfolio planning processes and helps each of them manage their sub-portfolios. You will participate in our active planning process by ensuring best practices are being followed and analyzing data for insights. Additionally, you will help identify and implement enhancements to the application that supports these processes. This is an exciting opportunity to shape this new role and participate in an important journey this team is on. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Partner with EMO to execute activities in active planning process
- Develop active planning process knowledge and system data expertise
- Translate stakeholder requirements to technical requirements with the development team
- Provide centralized data capabilities to the EMO Team
- Analyze datasets to find insights, anomalies, ensure data compliance
- Conduct data formatting and harmonization - structuring & mapping different datasets into master views
- Execute data cleansing & mapping from other GMI systems
- Provide system support and issue resolution for end users and clients
- Carry out research and bring new ideas to develop and implement system improvements.
- Partner with development team to ensure proper implementation of enhancements
- Communicate effectively and interact with clients and functional stakeholders
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 1+ years of related experience
- Understanding of system design and implementation
- Intermediate to Advanced level of MS Excel
- MS Office - Word, Powerpoint
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent stakeholder management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Basic SQL
- Alation (DB Metadata tool)
- Specification writing
