Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking an Engineering Director for our Golden Valley, MN or Broomfield, CO location. This role reports to directly to the Environment and Infrastructure General Manager. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the development and delivery of innovative solutions. Your leadership and expertise will contribute to the overall productivity and effectiveness of the engineering function, ensuring that the products developed by your team meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive accountability to achieving the vision of the organization

Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and efficiency.

Identify and grow talent to drive the organization forward

Promote clear communications across teams and functions

Leading and managing a team of leaders and engineers to develop and deliver high-quality products.

Providing technical guidance and support to team members.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.

The annual base salary for this position is $179000 - $224000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics

10+ years of experience in product design and development

8+ years’ experience leading technical teams

S. citizenship to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
