Entry Level Logistics

Description We currently have an excellent opportunity for a highly-skilled and motivated entry level logistics representative with a reputable, Fortune 500 company in the South West Metro area. This person will be responsible for tracking and communicating truckload drop-offs for large clients, confirming appointments, and answering questions regarding logistics of deliveries. Communication will be via phone and email. There will be internal and external communication that requires excellent written, verbal and social communication skills.If you are a team player looking to get your foot in the door and start your career, we would love to hear from you! Job Responsibilities

Understand the processes involved in international shipping

Assist customers with inquiries and problem resolution

Update and maintain customer records, reports, documentation

Perform documentation collection and maintain accuracy

Ensure adherence to customer and company standards

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven office environment

Strong attention to detail

Excellent verbal & written communication skills and phone etiquette

Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

Exceptional customer service skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Knowledge or interest in Supply Chain
