Growing together.The role of the Executive Assistant is to support the business prioritization needs of the Treasurer and collaborate with other Treasury employees, and internal and external partners to ensure consistent and productive support for the Treasurer. The role requires individual judgement for assigned tasks while collaboration for many team meetings and priority requests.This role supports UHG Treasury and is based in the Minnetonka, MN office with flexibility to work hybrid (3 days in office/ 2 days remote).Primary Responsibilities:

Serve as Executive Assistant to UnitedHealth Treasurer with the highest levels of performance and professionalism

Manages leaders’ calendars, travel, expenses, and key meetings

Utilize your advanced experience in Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, and Adobe software for internal and external meetings and communications

Meet daily for proactive meeting support and reminders for critical meetings, including preparations before critical meetings

Event planning and coordination with external partners, senior UHG executives, and Treasury partners

Provide notary support for ongoing corporate and affiliate entity documentation requiring the verification and notarization of UHG Treasurer signatures, corporate documents of affiliated entities, and compiling related documents

Provide coverage (e.g., phone; email; reception) for other leadership team members as needed

Provide organized resources (itineraries, meeting materials, etc.) for upcoming leader travel

Maintain and distribute lists as needed (e.g., organizational charts; email; distribution; vendor; contacts; phone)

Greet and direct internal and/or external partners (e.g., contractors; auditors; vendors) to appropriate locations and/or staff

Work effectively as an integral member of a team of administrative professionals

Serve as backup Business Segment Liaison (BSL) coordinating office moves including hardware and software requisitions, coordinating travel arrangements, new hire onboarding for executive leadership and other office management responsibilities for fast-paced, growing organization

Follow all wage and hour laws and work time related company policies

5+ years of administrative experience in support of senior leaders (VP or higher) in a highly matrixed organization

Advanced level experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT) to create and edit professional documents from scratch

Advanced level experience in Microsoft Office Outlook for complex calendar management, scheduling meetings

Experience in organizing meetings and troubleshooting in Microsoft Teams virtual meetings and/or WebEx

Experience coordinating office moves including hardware and software requisitions, travel arrangements, new hire onboarding and other office management responsibilities

Notary or willing and able to obtain upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

SharePoint, Visio, and Adobe experience

Experience or knowledge of the health care industry and system

Proven excellent interpersonal communication skills
