SportsEngine is hiring an Enterprise Business Development Representative. This representative will be a key driver of business development in our Core Sports & Verticals (Volleyball, Soccer, Baseball, Softball, Lacrosse, Hockey, Football, Facilities and Events). This person will be responsible for the outreach and development of our go-to-market strategy for pro sports, governing bodies, franchise organizations and large youth sports accounts. This professional will work cross-functionally with the Enterprise sales and account management representatives to develop the sales pipeline across the SportsEngine portfolio of products. We're looking for a representative that has an eye for revenue, passion for helping organizations and wants to be on the leading edge of the youth sports landscape. We’re excited to bring on a new team member to help drive best-in-class opportunities that utilize and bundle assets across the organization to create unique packages and offerings that create value for our Sports prospects and partners. Job Duties Collaborate across business functions to develop, establish, and execute the company’s sports enterprise sales strategy. Developing and executing on a strong prospecting playbook and plan of attack to engage with economic buyers and business influencers of sport organizations.  Work directly with prospective customers in-person, via telephone, email, social, and online meetings to create demand. Own your results. Unwavering personal daily effort standards so that coaching centers around goals, sales skills & career growth. Collaborate with the enterprise sales team members and sport vertical leaders to execute and optimize in-person business development for large events and conferences Operate and execute the Enterprise sales strategy at the largest sport conferences in the country Develop a deep understanding of the industry, sports administrators, our sales strategy, and leverage provided tech stack to execute high touch, high-quality activity cadence resulting in 40+ customer interactions daily. Continue to gain advanced product and market knowledge to differentiate yourself and SportsEngine as both a technical and business fit. Build trusting relationships with Enterprise Sales Representatives to develop sports strategy and sales execution plan. Maintain accurate daily record of sales activity using Salesforce.com and sales engagement/automation platforms such as SalesLoft or Outreach. Perform other duties as assigned.  Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
