Contribute ideas regarding business solution based on own ideas, experience and research Effectively convey information about products/services to all audiences Inspect and edit own work for clarity and conformance to requirements; work with proposal leadership to address issues Present information to, and effectively communicate with, senior leadership and other key individuals Participate in ongoing continuous improvement of the OBHICP platform. Healthcare Specific and Trizetto Facets products What skills/attributes are required (please be detailed as to number of years of experience for each skill)? 10+ years of experience in Core Facets product ver 5.6 and above Claims, Members, Provider, Benefits, Workflow Configuration 14+ years of IT/healthcare experience 5+ years of Project Lead/Technical Lead / Solution Architect Experience with leading Joint Application Design (JAD) Sessions and outlining High Level Solutions Experience with Medicare Advantage, DSNP and Medicaid Products Substantial hands-on technology experience in Facets & Oracle Good understanding about the structure and significance of key /HIPAA X12 EDI transactions like 837, 277CA, 835, etc. Good understanding of Claims domain in Facets which includes Data Model, Core Claims processing batch jobs, Facets UI, Facets Workflow tool What skills/attributes are preferred (what will set a candidate apart)?
