In this role, you will positively impact officers through training and development in security skills to maximize their potential as consummate security professionals and ensure beyond stellar customer service to our clients and customers

Job duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Engaging with ASI security personnel at a variety of client accounts.
  • Training, coaching, mentoring and supporting ASI security personnel
  • Conducting quality assurance checkpoints and safety checkpoints of both ASI security personnel and the overall site.
  • Provide emergency response to any events that occur during your shift.
  • Ensuring that ASI security personnel understand the standard operating guidelines for their respective accounts
  • Driving safety culture with your team
  • Assist in facilitating coverage requests as needed

Schedule: Flexible 2nd or 3rd shift schedule with every other weekend off

Salary: Depending on Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED, associate's degree or higher is preferred
  • A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required
  • Past security supervisory, military, or law enforcement experience is required
