- Main contact for the majority of client interactions as it pertains to the completion of individual projects
- On-Site project work along with service ticket responsibility
- First escalation point of contact for issues that can’t be resolved by Service Technicians
- Some bench repair work on an as-needed basis
- Understand the products and markets we serve
- Engage in professional behavior internally and externally, as the position is a high touch point with customers
- Work with management to fine-tune processes, increase proficiencies, identify growth areas, and better the organization as a whole
- Support and encourage cross-training, ongoing education, and opportunities that enhance the employee’s growth
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- 2+ years of troubleshooting experience
- 2+ years of Window experience
- Superior problem-solving skills
- Strong skills in networking either at a broad level or specialized as needed.
- Superior communication, organization, and follow-through skills are essential.
- Proven initiative, good judgment, and ability to achieve results
- Able to handle the process and procedure dynamics (constantly changing environment)
- Professional IT certifications such as MCSA/MCSE, CCNA, Network+, Security+, and IP Telephony
