This role provides keys support to the US TAVR and Congenital teams. This role is multi-dimensional and provides collaborative opportunities across Sales, Sales Operations, OU Finance, and Marketing. This role will focus on revenue and expense management but will have exposure to the full P&L as well as IBP and inventory. The role sits within the broader Structural Heart & Aortic Finance team and reports to the Finance Director of US Structural Heart Commercial.A role in Structural Heart offers unique experience opportunities, such as: being part of a global team, collaborating with business partners throughout the company, visibility to global structures and impacts, and insight to various processes and functions across Medtronic, all while working with a high-impact, patient-centric therapy!A Day in the Life: Business partner with and provide financial support to the Sales Leadership team and their sale organization – working closely with various levels of the organization, America’s COE and OU Finance Perform forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and annual planning in support of key financial processes and business planning Analyze key sales metrics and financial data across SH including sales, implants, bulk deals, pricing, market trends, commissions, and expenses Support preparation and presentation of monthly business reviews of P&L results with variance analysis as well as the forecasting Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing, Supply Chain on special projects such as IBP, Strat Plan, and customer inventory levels Ensure fiduciary control and financial reporting/processes are performed for the respective Therapy in accordance with the Worldwide Finance Manual, U.S. CV Sales Policies, and U.S. GAAP.Must Have: Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree required in Accounting, Finance or Business Minimum of 2 years of experience required with a Bachelor’s degree or 0+ years of experience with an Advanced degree Experience in Finance, Accounting or Pricing Preference for position is to be based on-site in MN 3-4 days a week, but open to US remoteNice to Have Experience working with commercial sales leaders Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power Point, and Business objects Demonstrated strong quantitative and analytical skills Positive attitude, with a high degree of initiative and accountabilityAbout MedtronicTogether, we can change healthcare worldwide.
