Job Title: Mixing SupervisorJob Description

This position is responsible for overseeing the mixing production of between 6-9 individuals, and for producing safe and quality food following production standards on specific assignments within the required time.

This position is also responsible for understanding related to Quality Management Systems including FSSC, HACCP, and GMP to ensure the safety and quality of employees and products.

The job duties include responsibility for assuring food safety and food quality for Fine Desserts products. A supervisor or other person of authority should be notified if any issues or threats to employee safety, food safety, or food quality are observed.

Coordinate department activities within the mixing areas to ensure department and company production is met on time.

Promptly communicates any potential outages or shortcomings to the Supervisor.
