Front Desk Receptionist

Description -Greet and welcome customers. -Handle and route all incoming phone calls -Schedule maintenance requests with building management office (i.e. light bulb replacements, spot cleaning, etc.) -Answer questions and provide information to visitors -Maintain daily use of dishwashers and coffee machines -Place catering orders for customer tours and meetings -Stock employee refreshments -Maintain and clean employee wellness room Requirements -2+ years of front desk or office experience - Strong communication skills - High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills - Incoming phone call management skills - Excellent customer service and office administrative skills - Microsoft Office experience desired - achievement oriented, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
