Front of House team member for an exciting new Cocktail-Bar/Restaurant

Join our dynamic team as Front of House Staff (Bartender, Server, or Host), where you will be the vibrant face of our establishment! This is a brand new exciting place in the Northeast of Minneapolis where Mexican and Japanese fusion inspired beverages, food will be showcased under a great atmosphere.

In this role, you’ll create memorable experiences for our guests by delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure that every visitor feels welcomed and valued. If you thrive in a lively atmosphere and have a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do (depending on your position):

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive.

- Take and process orders efficiently while providing insightful recommendations on menu items.

- Serve food and beverages with precision, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.

- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas to uphold food safety regulations.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including dietary options, to assist guests with their choices.

Basic qualifications

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that shines through every interaction.

Preferred qualifications

- Bartending, serving or host experience that showcases your ability to deliver top-notch service.

- Experience in fine dining is a plus!

- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
