Full stack Java developer- React

Seeking a Lead Full-stack Engineer (React) for long term contract opportunity.Remote – Local to MN will take first preference Will consider relocation candidates too.Contract – 12-18 months Job DescriptionWe are seeking two lead full-stack engineers with a heavy emphasis on the frontend using React to help modernize a legacy claims adjudication system. Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance high-quality software solutions which meet and exceed end-user expectations.
• Independently identify, analyze, and resolve problems in software, taking the initiative to make improvements when needed with or without directives.
• Participate in and occasionally lead quality-focused activities including but not limited to code and design reviews.
• Mentor Software Engineers to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities.
• Ability to manage work direction and lead, influence, mentor, and provide feedback to others within team.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of Java full-stack engineering experience with an emphasis in React.
• Experience doing paired programming and developing utilizing TDD & BDD.
• General understanding of how to use GitHub and Kafka.
• Healthcare domain experience preferred.
