Job Title: General LaborerJob DescriptionAs a General Laborer, you will strip and clean concrete forms and products, prepare steel molds for filling with concrete, and perform basic carpentry skills. You will also be responsible for facility maintenance and housekeeping. This role is essential in ensuring the safe and efficient production of high-quality precast concrete products in an industrial manufacturing environment.Responsibilities

Contribute to a team responsible for producing high-quality precast concrete products

Essential Skills

Experience with concrete, construction, and general labor tasks

Proficiency with hand tools and power tools

Basic carpentry skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Manufacturing or construction experience preferred

Knowledge of basic math and measurements

Ability to read and write simple instructions

Effective communication skills with team members

Ability to lift up to 40lbs periodically throughout the day
