International Paper, the nation’s premier producer of corrugated containers is currently accepting applications for hourly production positions at its Austin plant located at 1900 8th St NE, Austin, MN.

We are currently seeking skilled machine operators with industrial manufacturing experience. Starting wage 19.00 (AFTER 60 WORKING DAYS, TEAM MEMBER WILL BE PAID AT THE RATE OF THE JOB THAT IS ASSIGNED TO THEM. (RANGE: 19.68 – 22.43/ HR) $0.30 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL PAY ADDED TO BASE RATE FOR BOTH 2ND AND 3RD SHIFT. Position requirements include:

-High school diploma or state registered GED preferred

-Ability to communicate and work well with others

-Manufacturing experience preferred

-Stable work history

-Ability to work overtime/weekends

-Fundamental computer skills

-Reliable transportation

-Willingness to work 2nd and 3rd shifts

Shift start: 2:30PM or 10:30PM Shift length: 8 hours TWO SHIFTS AVAILBALE (2ND SHIFT MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 2:30 P.M. TO 10:30 P.M.) (3RD SHIFT SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING 10:30 P.M. TO 6:30 A.M.)
