Grader Operator

Full Time Equipment Operator

The Town of Summit, Douglas County:

Equipment operator with Class A CDL with air brakes and trailer endorsement – Must have experience operating heavy equipment, and be able to operate motor grader, loader, brusher, tractor w/backhoe, and excavator.

Pass a Pre- Employment Physical and Drug Test and be subject to random drug/alcohol testing while employed.

Be able to prioritize and work w/o supervision.

Physically able to lift 50 pounds.

Mechanical and welding ability is a plus. Will be required to do basic maintenance on vehicles.

Must be available outside of regular scheduled hours in case of weather or other emergencies.

Wage rate up to $38/hr will be determined by verifiable experience.

90 day probationary period
