Description We are offering an opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our team in the Government industry. Located in Minnesota, this role involves creating digital and print materials such as fliers, ads, and banners, with a primary focus on digital work. The majority of the work will be public facing and requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Design and develop fliers, ads, banners, and other promotional materials. Execute digital graphic design projects, with occasional print work. Create public-facing work to communicate and promote our services. Write and design ad campaigns, ensuring they align with brand guidelines. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop to create compelling designs. Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute design projects. Adapt to changes quickly and be able to meet tight deadlines. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop is necessary. Demonstrable experience in creating advertisements, brochures, and other promotional materials. Strong understanding of design principles and brand awareness strategies. Ability to create digital design content. Experience working within the government sector is advantageous. Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and teamwork skills are required. A relevant degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. Proven ability to take direction and input to develop effective design concepts. Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design. Ability to handle constructive criticism and feedback on design work. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Understanding of printing process, color separation, grid layout, and footer design. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with team members of different disciplines.
