Grinder

Description:Working in the fabrication department. Taking the newly welded parts and using a small handheld grinding tool to smooth out the metal work. This is not the most glamourous job, but a great chance for someone wanting to work hard and make great money! Lots of OT available and competitive entry level pay. No experience needed. We can train anyone into this role.

-Remove all weld spatter

-Smooth metals correctly so paint can adhere (once it goes in the paint booth)

-Using a handheld grinder

-Move materials as needed

-The ability to bend/twist or turn repeatedly throughout the shift.

-6 months of previous working experience is required.

-Preferably 6 months of previous assembly or manufacturing experience.

Able to work with power tools or hand tools, mechanically inclined.

Good work history, even if it is not in manufacturing.

-Ability to operate small electric grinding tools.
