Handyman/Grounds Assistant

A Condo Complex, consisting of 5 buildings plus garage units, is looking for a general grounds assistant and general handyman. Looking for someone to work 4 to 5 hours per week and occasionally more hours, schedule can vary based on personal schedule. Trim seasonal bushes and shrubs, pick up fallen branches or occasional trash, inspecting grounds, returning misplaced downspouts, miscellaneous maintenance tasks and other general tasks as they come up, are the type of tasks expected.
