Handyman/Property Caretaker

Seeking a reliable and skilled individual for property maintenance, Wabasha area.

This is an ongoing, part-time position. Responsibilities include repairs, maintenance, upkeep and limited lawn/shrub care.

Requirements include experience in repairs, maintenance, the ability to work independently, display effective time management, along with good problem solving abilities. Tasks may involve lifting, bending, and ladder work.

Prefer if you have your own tools.
