Is expected to follow the Mayo Clinic Culture of Safety by modeling five safety behaviors (pay attention to detail; communicate clearly; have a questioning and receptive attitude; hand-off effectively; support each other), with the ultimate goal to place the needs of our patients first by ensuring aviation safety. Actively participates in a Safety Management System (SMS), acts as a delegate to the Director of Maintenance as needed, and performs additional tasks as necessary to support the Mayo Clinic air carrier certificate for part 135 operations. This position is 0.8 FTE/32 hours per week with a minimum of 128 hours on-call required every two weeks to include on-call coverage every other weekend. There is a required base schedule of on-duty hours determined by the Director of Maintenance to support the business needs of Mayo One.QualificationsHigh school diploma.
