Description Help Desk Analyst.Responsibilities: Provide consistent and efficient customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and solve IT related issues. Work collaboratively within a small team, contributing to a positive work environment. Support Office 365 Take initiative and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments, without the need for constant guidance. Utilize basic networking and infrastructure knowledge to support the IT function. Master the use of Thin Clients, an added bonus for this role. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft and Citrix applications and other computer hardware. Solid understanding of Citrix virtual desktop and application delivery platform. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, including troubleshooting and repair techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for providing clear instructions to users. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to stay updated with advancements in technology and the latest industry trends. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
