We need someone who can support local and field users in a highly visible role that has a positive impact on both the department and the company.

Responsibilities

- Pinpoint recurring technical issues and present solutions to address the root of the problems

- Solve technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups

- Provide IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally

- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues

Requirements

- Demonstrated excellence in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications

- Background in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment

- Well-founded grasp of CRM

- General familiarity with Operating System

- Proven knowledge of Deskside Support

- Earlier work involving Remedy

- Technical Support experience required

- Practical knowledge of Diagnose Problems

- Proficiency in Troubleshoot

- Foundational knowledge in Networking

- Quality experience with Provide Technical Support

- Training experience

- Wide ranging experience with Direct Supervision

- Communication Skills experience highly desired

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Prior experience with IT support ticketing systems

- Understanding of basic networking concepts
