Helpdesk Specialist

Location: Minneapolis, MN Description: Our client is currently seeking a Helpdesk Specialist

• Location: Minneapolis, MN
• Duration: Contract

• You will be responsible for imaging, deploying and disposing of PC equipment.
• Configure, image and deploy desktops, laptops and tablets with current image, applications and security updates
• Dispose of existing desktops, laptops and tablets
• Resolve any issues reported by users during the pc refresh or deployment process

• The ability to properly setup, configure and install pc hardware (desktops, tablets, printers)
• Good Understanding of Microsoft Windows 10 and how to troubleshoot
• Excellent problem solving skills
• The ability to build rapport with clients and communicate clearly
• 2 - 5 years' experience imaging, installing and supporting
• PC's Comp TIA A+
