Job/Role Description:• Resolving end user tickets where agents using NICE CXOne platform is not performing as expected• Develop documentation for Level One support• Be first line of support for contact center issues• Understanding of Contact Center Operations including inbound voice• This position will focus on the requirements for CXone to include configuring agents, skills, hours of operations, and other services on the vendor platform• Trouble-shooting Contact Center problems with end user implementationsTechnical Skills:• Understanding of digital channels such as email/chat/SMS/Social Media• Proven experience in working with customers across the enterprise to understand business questions• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills• Good customer communication skills• Three years working with NICE CXOne administrative role.8.00 Years of Experience
