Hotel Manager – On-Site Position (Willmar, MN) – Housing Included

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Hotel Manager for our property in Willmar, MN. This is a live-in position with accommodations included.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily hotel operations

Manage staff and ensure excellent customer service

Handle reservations, guest concerns, and property maintenance

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Requirements:

Prior hotel or management experience preferred

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to handle guest interactions professionally

Must be responsible and able to work independently

Compensation:

Salary: $2,000/month
