Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an HR Business Partner in Fridley, Minnesota. This role is pivotal within our organization, requiring the individual to lead organizational transformation initiatives, identify future talent needs, and develop human resources initiatives to support site performance. This role is particularly suited to those with a background in manufacturing environments, particularly within the medical device technology or healthcare industries. Responsibilities: Lead organizational transformation initiatives and partner with the site leadership team to elevate the performance culture Identify and plan for future talent needs. Strengthen and support strategic workforce planning succession planning and talent readiness. Develop and/or administer human resources initiatives to support site performance Provide strategic direction to build upon our high performing inclusive culture Design strategic initiatives to ensure organizational effectiveness Lead the organization through periods of significant change Provide leadership for talent strategies within their areas of responsibility Play an important role as a participating member of the leadership team, fostering a high performing highly collaborative and inclusive team atmosphere. Participate in strategy creation and strategic priorities delivery within the HR leadership team Create proactive plans and partner with the HR departments to ensure effective execution of programs and initiatives in areas such as talent acquisition, culture change, performance management, talent management and development, employee relations, total rewards and recognition, training, change management, and organization effectiveness.Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication and negotiation skills Proven experience in policy development and research Proficiency in HR administration including staffing and benefit functions Ability to design and implement planning processes Experience in training and developing staff members Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team Ability to serve as a liaison between various stakeholders and partners Experience in consulting and providing workstation support Proficiency in using 'About Time' software Excellent phone presence and consumer electronics skills Proven ability to execute tasks and implement best practices Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Experience in managing office resources and maintaining a conducive work environment.
