HR Generalist / Program Lead reports to Associate Director, Human Resources. The role supports all HR Business Partners in Radiometer North America: Radiometer America and HemoCue for commercial functions, Radiometer California and Radiometer Minnesota for manufacturing sites. Overall duties will be varying to include talent, team and leadership development, annual Danaher/Radiometer HR cycles communication and analytics for such as merit and ICP bonus, talent funnel, mid- and yearly performance reviews, engagement survey, job changes related to promotions, transfers or reorganisation activities, annual Danaher training programs, etc. Key Responsibilities

Support HR Business Partners in all current HR cycle events

Work with HRBP’s to proceed with talent acquisition processes successfully

Work with HRBP’s to get management/leadership competencies by creating a leadership/management competency matrix and track training completion

Prepare, update and maintain training materials and visuals

Facilitate selected courses and provides instructional presentations to the targeted groups of associates in various functions and at different level across the organization

Work with HRBP’s to support Engagement Survey results and action planning and performance annual reviews

Manage programs such as mentorship, recognition, talent and leadership development, etc.

Lead selected HR projects to improve current processes and implement new programs

Support DBS events in HR department

Create and disseminate internal communication both electronically and onsite

Provide required analytics related to supported HR processes

Organize engagement social events for selected teams and Radiometer organizations in North America

Requirements for this positionFormal Education

Minimum BS/BA degree or equivalent preferably within HR, business administration, organizational psychology, project management or similar

3+ years related Human Resources experience

Project Management Certification preferred

Process-oriented mindset

Proven HR-related project completion

Highly organized, with excellent time-management and follow-up skills

Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality required

Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced and evolving work environment

Experience working in a lean culture will be an asset

Language

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

Travel

Travel 10% of the time

Key Relationships

Internal

Must be able to support HR Team, particularly HR Business Partners in Radiometer / HemoCue, North America

Possible in the future to connect and work successfully with Global HR and/or Communication team in Radiometer

External

Vendors of HR processes such as trainings, coaching, etc.

Suppliers for engagement social events and actions
