We’re looking for an Office Manager to join our small but growing client’s team. This role blends administrative, HR, and payroll support responsibilities while ensuring the office runs smoothly day to day. You’ll be the go-to person for office operations and employee support, helping foster a positive and organized work environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support the payroll process for approximately 50–60 employees using ADP

Oversee day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies, distributing mail, and maintaining office equipment

Handle purchase order and invoice matching, process vendor payments, and assist with expense reporting

Serve as the main point of contact for visitors, incoming calls, and general office inquiries

Assist with compliance documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping to ensure company and regulatory standards are met

Coordinate and maintain documentation for seasonal and foreign agricultural workforce programs

Facilitate new employee onboarding, including documentation, system setup, and coordination with team leads

Partner with headquarters HR to handle employee relations, policy questions, benefits coordination, and personnel file management

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Working knowledge of employment regulations set out by the MN Department of Labor

Experience with clerical bookkeeping tasks, including AP/AR and expense management

Demonstrated people management or team leadership experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new systems and tools

Bilingual Spanish/English (working proficiency) preferred to support offshore teams with inquiries

Ability to work onsite 5 days a week
