We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support site leadership within a dynamic, large-scale Manufacturing & Production environment. This role coordinates the needs and objectives of the business segment with those of its employees by planning, recommending, implementing, and administering personnel policies and programs.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Strategic Partnership: Partners with site leadership to administer personnel policies and programs and assists senior management in organizational development.Recruitment & Retention: Recruits, interviews, screens, and refers applicants; analyzes turnover and recommends suggestions for improved retention.Employee Relations: Acts as a liaison between employees and management; conducts investigations and recommends corrective action. Assists Corporate HR in executing policies designed to keep the corporation union free.Compensation & Compliance: Develops and administers approved wage and salary programs, including job evaluation and periodic surveys. Responsible for assuring the business segment is in compliance with laws relative to wages, hours, and employee benefits.Onsite Presence: Must interact with all shifts and departments on a regular basis. Maintains a visible presence across all shifts and departments, ensuring awareness of floor activities.
