Description A Minneapolis-based organization is seeking an experienced, dedicated, highly organized Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join their team. The HR coordinator's primary role is to support the human resources department in executing day-to-day tasks and activities and contribute to the overall efficiency of our HR functions.Key Responsibilities:

Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.

Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews, and processing new employees’ paperwork.

Administered employee health and welfare plans and liaises with employees and service providers.

Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assist in developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures.

Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.

Maintain employees' digital and paper records, ensuring all paperwork is up-to-date and complies with legal regulations.

Coordinate training sessions and seminars for professional development and policy implementation.

Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like the collection of employee feedback.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position.

Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.

Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.

Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) software.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
