Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist with our client, located in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, United States. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for conducting new permanent orientations, managing payroll, handling benefits enrollment and inquiries, maintaining employee relations, and assisting with recruitment and other assigned tasks. Responsibilities: Conducting new permanent orientations to introduce new employees to the organization's culture, policies, and procedures. Managing payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely payment to all employees. Overseeing benefits enrollment processes and handling inquiries related to benefits. Ensuring effective employee relations by addressing issues and concerns promptly and maintaining open lines of communication. Assisting with recruitment activities such as posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Utilizing ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for various HR-related tasks. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Handling tasks related to the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Participating in corporate recruiting efforts to attract top talent. Developing and implementing communication strategies to promote a positive work environment. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist or similar role. Proficient in ADP Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing benefit functions. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Prior experience in ensuring company compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements. Proven track record in maintaining and enhancing employee relations. Experience with administering the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Previous experience in corporate recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
