Duties will include:
Handling confidential matters;
Process Human Resources transactions;
Conducts new employee orientation;
Assist in the administration of benefits;
Interpret and administer bargaining agreements and compensation plans;
Provide data maintenance of human resources tracking and reporting systems.
Minimum Qualifications1 year of experience performing HR functionsExperience must include:
Use of SEMA4 or other similar HR systems
Processing personnel transactions such as position changes, appointments, leaves, separations, etc.
HR reporting sufficient to create, modify and run electronic reports
Benefits administration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Oracle Business Intelligency Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
Experience interpreting personnel laws, rules and administrative procedures
Experience administering, interpreting and applying the provisions of collective bargaining
Demonstrated evidence of working in, supporting or with diverse populations
Demonstrated ability to identify and address problems with confidentiality, diplomacy and integrity
