Daily Responsibilities/Job Description: Prepare for upcoming quarterly releases and occasional off-cycle code deployments. During the release deployment, work with team members and other departments to ensure the deployment goes as expected and completes on time. Interaction level with Management/Team Members Direct interaction with the teams manager, and the RxClaim department Director. Also, direct interaction with team members, Release PM, and other IT stakeholders.

Willingness to work nights and weekends, and sometimes with short notice.

Must Haves:1. Minimum of 5 years of experience with IBM i Production Release management and deployment.2. Respect for performance guarantees and the absolute need to complete deployments on time.3. Willingness to work nights and weekends occasionally on short notice

Most important: MKS admin experience (IBM i change management tool, Parametric Technology Corp.) MIMIX and MIMIX Promoter. General IBM i experience Coding skills Visual Basic, 2E, IBM i shell scripts, CL and SQL Experience with large file conversions in the IBM i environment.

Additional Requirements: Familiarity with other tools and languages that are common in the IBM i environment. Experience in the PBM or health care or pharmaceuticals industries is preferred

Soft Skills Needed: Comfortable expressing thoughts/opinions in a collaborative environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills

Performance Measurements: Reliability and availability during most workdays, and many nights and weekends
