- Act as the main contact for most client interactions as it pertains to the completion of individual projects
- Complete on-site and remote projects on time and according to CTS security and operational standards
- Maintain close contact with the customer to set proper expectations and minimize interruption to their business
- Handle escalations from the project team as well as occasional escalations from the service team
- Become an expert in the various solutions that we offer
- Engage in professional behavior both internally and externally
- Work with management to fine-tune processes, increase efficiency, identify growth areas, and better the organization
- Pursue continuous training and professional growth
- Attend and support customer implementation meetings
- Attend to obligations and support other company initiatives as directed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Highly specialized skills in deployment and management in some of these categories:
- Windows Servers
- Advanced networking (VLANs, routing, spanning tree, firewalls, etc.)
- Virtualization (Vsphere, shared storage, Backup, DR, etc.)
- Microsoft 365 services
- VoIP
- Other cloud services (Azure, AWS, etc.)
- Strong general computer skills, including the ability to type at 45 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy
- Superior communication, organization, and follow-through skills are essential
- Proven initiative, good judgment, and ability to achieve results
- Ability to handle a constantly changing environment
- Professional IT certifications such as MCSA/MCSE, CCNA, Network+, Security+, and IP Telephony
