Description IT Service Desk AnalystOnsite : Golden Valley, MN 55426 Tuesday – Thursday | Occasionally needed Friday or Monday Rate – $26/hr W2Scope of Role:Provide exceptional in-person technical troubleshooting support service to employees at all levels of the organization at our WHQ locationsConduct assessment research and resolution of incidents and service requestsIdentify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operationsMonitor and handle escalations from external service providerUpdating SOPs and other service documentation with current practices and proceduresRequirements Proven experience in Information Technology Support or related roles Proficient in MS Windows, Microsoft Office Suites, and Windows OS Familiarity with Computer Hardware and Peripheral Equipment Knowledge of Cyber Security and VPN Technologies Demonstrable experience in Service Desk and Service Request Management Relevant certification in IT or related field would be a plus.Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
