Careers that Change LivesA Day in the LifeSUMMARY OF POSITION Accountable for programmatic management of HealthCast strategic program initiatives. This can includeproduct level program management, commercial program management, cross product / technical siteprogram management and or external partnerships to deliver a product. Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives. Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.PROGRAM MANAGEMENT Responsible for prioritizing and budgeting strategic initiatives while managing dependencies betweenprojects. Driving alignment across the program and product management core teams Delivering a program that meets customer needs, business needs and market needs on time,budget, and scope. Provide necessary leadership including Program/ project interdependencyanalysis. Develop, communicate, and document project strategies and plans including budget, detailedschedule creation/maintenance, KPIs. Provides input to establishing program objectives, timelines,milestones, and budgets. Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers todevelop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for newinitiatives. Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegatecross-project initiatives. Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams, commercial teams, customers, and externalpartners depending on the program. Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projectswithin the department. Ensure projects remain aligned with the project plan by addressing any resource conflicts andaddressing problems as they emerge. Facilitate project team meetings; prepare agenda, facilitatediscussion during meeting, take and distribute meeting minutes. Track spending associated to project. Provide monthly forecasts on upcoming spending. Forecastresource and skill set needs for the project and participate in resourcing discussions/negotiation.PROCESS AND SKILLS Identify improvements to existing project management processes, systems, and tools. Collaborate withother department employees to facilitate process improvements. Develop the Project Management skills of others, especially team members. Provide tactical and/oroperational leadership and coaching. Establish plans and implements policies and strategies. Decisions impact program schedules, or allocationof time, material resources, expenditures and funds.MARKET AND CUSTOMER AWARENESS: Interacting frequently with customers, KOLs, societies, academic institutions in the development ofprograms/products. Ability to achieve results by working cross-functionally and collaboratively across a matrix organization,including scoping, and managing projects with cross-business unit teams, external partners, suppliers andother vendors. ·PROGRAM MANAGEMENT CAREER STREAMProgram Managers focus on tactical, operational activities for a major program with broad or ongoingimpact. Levels within the program management career stream typically accomplish program objectivesthrough matrixed employee teams and / or vendors who are not direct reports but for which the incumbenthas direct accountability to lead. Most of the time is spent overseeing their area of responsibility, managingprogram/team performance, communicating project and operational developments, planning, prioritizingand / or directing the responsibilities of program team members. Goal achievement is typically accomplishedthrough performance of program team members.MUST HAVE: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevantexperience Excellent knowledge of systems including PowerPoint, MS Project Ability to establish and maintain a trusted role with the various stakeholders in coordinating multiplefunctions across the organization. Proven oral and written communication skills. Effective communication skill with ability to explain complexconcepts simply to senior leadership. Product/Process technical expertise include including Qualifications (i.e., Validation including IQ, OQ, PQactivities;) Proficient in structured problem-solving techniquesMust Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree required

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience

Nice to HaveMedical Device industry experience- knowledge of new product development, DRM, clinical trialmanagement, quality systems, global regulatory experience. Experience developing solutions for clinicians. Advanced degree such as MS, MBA, with strong financial acumen Extensive experience leading a complex project/program including financial accountability including strongpreference for PMP certification. Prior experience managing large/complex site to site transfer projects in a manufacturing environment. Effective planning and organization skills including the proven ability to work against multiple objectivessimultaneously. Knowledgeable of U.S. Food and Drug Law and WW regulatory,device safety and/or regulatory/clinical research.WORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES: Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping,kneeling, crouching, crawling and balancing. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication throughautomated devices such as the telephone. Light physical effort required by handling objects up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or 10 poundsfrequently. Ability to move from department and buildings to interact with others. Ability to travel frequently, domestically and internationally. Ability to provide afterhours support.Occasional: Activity exists less than 1/3 of the time.Frequent: Activity exists between 1/3 and 2/3 of the time.A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
