Inside Sales Representative & Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for anInside Sales Representative & Marketing Coordinatorto help expand our market reach, manage distributor relationships, and enhance our brand presence.

Job Summary:

This is a hybrid role that combinesinside sales and marketingresponsibilities. The ideal candidate is arecent college graduate with a business-related degreewho is eager to learn, highly organized, and motivated to contribute to both sales growth and brand development. No prior marketing experience is required—just a willingness to take initiative and learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

Process and enter sales orders into our order software

Manage and nurture relationships with distributors and retailers

Respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and follow up with potential customers

Work with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment

Identify new sales opportunities and assist with lead generation

Marketing Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies

Manage and update website and social media channels

Create and distribute email marketing campaigns

Analyze marketing data and trends to improve engagement

Coordinate the creation of promotional materials

Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Highly organized with attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience with digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing) is a plus but not required
