Insulator wanted - Hiring urgently

Job Duties:

Blown attic cellulose

Crawl space and basement waterproofing and more.

Fiberglass blanket & poly work.

Existing insulation removal

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of experience in insulation, construction, or related trades

Comfort with confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, under homes)

Basic carpentry/handyman skills (cutting, drilling, sealing, measuring)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (preferred)

Self-motivated, dependable, and professional

Able to lift 35+ lbs, kneel/crawl, and handle physical labor

A team player with good communication skills

Benefits:

Pay is based on experience starting at $20- $30 per hour

Full-time, year-round work (not seasonal)

Paid every two weeks through direct deposit
