Intake Specialist

Description Robert Half is partnering with a Law Firm, and sourcing for an Intake Specialist in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be tasked with handling sensitive client information and organizing medical records. Responsibilities: Ensure professional communication with clients and team members at all times Provide high-quality customer service to address and resolve client inquiries Utilize Salesforce CRM database for tracking client interactions and data Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally Handle and organize medical records with utmost accuracy and diligence Administer claims in an efficient and effective manner Perform various clerical duties as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations.Requirements Ability to handle claim administration with attention to detail Experience with clerical duties including data entry, scheduling, and filing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Demonstrated problem-solving skills High school diploma or equivalent required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
