Description We are seeking an experienced interim T Manager to oversee the daily operations of our IT department In this role you will manage a team, provide strategic direction, and have a hands-on approach. Key Responsibilities: Manage IT projects, including the design and development of new IT systems and services. Monitor performance of IT systems to evaluate cost and productivity levels and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements and develop appropriate IT solutions. Develop strategies for new hardware and software by assessing vendors and implementing solutions. Aid in the creation and management of the IT budget. Participate in the development of IT security and operational policies. Lead, coach, and train staff to manage performance. Apply best practices and standard operating procedures. Communicate key project data to team members and deliver regular updates to principal stakeholders. Perform other duties as and when assigned.
